We had a great turnout, great weather, an invigorating hike followed by a beautiful outdoor yoga practice. Thank you to Sjonum and Phil for guiding us through the day, and offering a fabulous nutrition seminar and hosting an amazing dinner at Wundeba!

Rejuvenating Spring will graciously host us on their fabulous outdoor yoga platform after a hike along the beautiful Bruce Trail.
Fresh coconuts are served prior to yoga, and after class, fresh squeezed juice or smoothies will be served during a nutrition seminar.
A quick jaunt across the road for an amazing dinner at Wundeba Restaurant!

Tell me about the new location….
Sheri first began her career in the health and fitness industry over 15 years ago. She moved from her role as a Swimming and Aquafit Instructor to a Certified Personal Trainer where she worked in a variety of studios and gyms across the GTA. Her next step was to test the waters as an entrepreneur and opened an in home personal training company that has successfully been in business for 9 years. Sheri is currently attending a four year program as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner where she aspires to bring more balance and support to her clients and patients.
What is Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a holistic form of manual (hands-on) therapy where gentle and non-invasive techniques are utilized to facilitate optimal health. The aim of osteopathic treatments is to support the body’s ability to heal itself through correcting the nervous system, circulatory system as well as the lymphatic system. Once restrictions are removed, the body’s pathways are free and able to function as nature intended.
Complimentary treatments available to those who are:
• Between 20 – 75 years of age
• Have a chronic or acute pain, discomfort
• Have not been diagnosed with any physical illnesses
• Have not had any surgeries in the past year

Now 60 minute Intro to Ashtanga will be offered on Sundays – Starting Sunday March 5th at 11:30am!
Pam’s evening Ashtanga class will now be offered on Wednesdays at 6:00pm, offering the full series during this 90 Minute practice – Starting Wednesday March 1st at 6:00pm!
Colin De France will now be guiding an evening Sivananda class on Thursdays at 7:00pm in the regular temperature room (starting Thursday March 2nd).
Sivananda Yoga is a classic, slow-paced, meditative style that encourages proper breathing, flexibility, strength, and vitality in the body while calming the mind. Because yoga is a spiritual system with a physical component, this non-competitive approach helps the practitioner gain much more than just a healthy body.
